When will i receive my order?
Our mermaid blanket ships from Sydney, Australia with below estimated delivery times:
Australia - 5-21 business days
New zealand - 7-23 business days
United states & canada - 13-24 business days
Order to other countries are estimated to take between 5 to 28 business days depending on your location. Please contact us at support@bondiblankets.com should you require express shipping. Please note that Bondi Blankets cannot be held reliable for any additional taxes and customs that may be subjected by your country's restrictions and regulations.
What are my payment options?
You can checkout using your visa, mastercard, and american express cards, PayPal, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can i amend or cancel my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Do contact us at support@bondiblankets.com immediately with the subject change or cancel so we may assist you with any amendments.
Please ensure the accuracy of their shipping address as Bondi Blankets™ do not take responsibility of missing parcels due to errors in given shipping address.
How do i track my parcel?
We send you your order’s tracking information between 24-48 hours from order time, you will be able to track your parcel’s delivery progress via your respective local post. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
Can i return or exchange an item?
We adhere to a strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges for sale items. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.
What if i received a faulty item?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your parcel) via support@bondiblankets.com
What are your blankets made of?
Our adult blankets are made from high quality, super soft, acrylic yarn. They are made to 90cm x 180cm / 35 inches x 71 inches (up to tip of tail) in dimension and are super stretchy.
How do i use your blanket?
The blankets wrap around the legs (like a sleeping bag) until about knee length then gradually open up from the back to reveal a flat blanket (our adult model is 5'9'' in height).
The circumference of adults' blanket around the knees area are about 32'' unstretched, and capable of stretching to more than half it's original unstretched circumference.
How do i wash and care for my Bondi Blanket™?
Please wash the blanket before use.
We like to make life easy. The Bondi Blanket™ is machine washable, however please ensure it's a gentle wash with very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk). If you really want to preserve the cuddliness and softness off the blanket, hand wash it in cold water. Please wash the blanket before use
